Swimming lesson information

Deer Lake will be participating in the American Red Cross Swim Lesson Program for the summer of 2026. This year swim lessons will be offered Saturday mornings and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday early evening in July. View the flyer with dates & times here.

Class registration will be done online. To register your child, please fill out this Google Forms link for each child signing up. Because class sizes are limited, please only sign up for a session if you can make a majority of the classes.

LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION

Menu includes grilled items, sandwiches, salads, drinks, snacks, and ice cream.

Please note: Cash is the only form of payment accepted.

Members and guests are expected to clean up after eating (trash thrown away, spills and crumbs cleaned from tables and chairs).
​Reusable items (trays, plates, condiments) should be returned to the commissary.

Deer Lake Camping

Deer Lake offers camping opportunities to its member families in spring, summer, and fall. There are 35 sites that are secured by individual families, and two community site that may be reserved by general members throughout the season. The sites come equipped with tarp cover, and tents are available to rent at the Gate House. Reservations will be taken on a first-come first-serve basis and can be made at the Gate House beginning the first Saturday of the summer season. Payment of fee will secure your reservation.
